Event Speaking (ES)
Activity available under: Marketing Management service only.
Scope: up to 40 minutes
Credit value: 10
Description
Richard Warrilow will give a presentation on your behalf, in the capacity of a Guest Speaker, at a trade event (physical or virtual).
Definition
‘Delivery’ is giving the presentation and taking questions from the audience.
The Process
Ideally, this would be a presentation we have prepared for you (as an Origination or a Rework) as we know it will contain detailed speaker notes and indicators of when to trigger animations (e.g. text and image reveals).
We will work with you beforehand to do at least a couple of trial runs. If the presentation is to be given at a physical trade show (i.e., not online) in front of an audience we will also work with you to devise a half-dozen or so show-of-hands, fact finding questions to gauge the audience.
Most trade events, seminar and workshops – in front of a live audience – require liaising with the organisers and, on the day, meeting ahead of the allotted presentation time for sound checks etc. That is all included within this activity. Also, live events at physical trade shows are likely to incur expenses.
