Description

A single webpage, be it a home, landing or sub-page.

Definition

Copy is originated or reworked as required. If originated, we may need to conduct interviews and do some background reading/research. Some copy (blocks of text, terms, phrases etc.) may be reproduced word-for-word from source material in some cases; to ensure accuracy and the use of correct terminology.

The Process

Content is generated (in a Word document) against a verbal brief. In some cases, a written brief may be supplied/required.

We will work with you to agree key words and phrases to make the page as search engine optimised (SEO) as possible, though you are responsible for setting those words in the metatags when you or your appointed developer lays out the page.

The production process will include at least one interview with you and/or your colleagues but not customers or third parties.

You are responsible for the provision of images, photos and diagrams (at suitable resolution) that may be required. Minor image manipulation is included within the scope of this activity.

The material will be produced under strict version control and, towards the end of the process, you will be asked to approve a specific draft version.

The Deliverable

This will be a Word document containing the copy, images and guidance notes for suggested layout. Hyperlinks will be included to live pages on your site or others, and notes where links will need to be made for not-yet-live pages.

Additional

If more words are required, the draw will increase by 1 credit per additional 100 words. We can create graphics and images for the page (see Artwork) and we can also source stock images/photography at cost.
