Definition

This activity relates purely to digital marketing, and not hardcopy post.

If you have an ActOn or Mailchimp account, or similar, we will upload content supplied by you – or which we have originated or reworked for you as part of another activity – and schedule it for mailout. Proof reading and, if required, an elements of rework are included within this activity.

The Process

Under our media communications and campaign management services we able to manage a communications calendar for you. This details when social media posts are to be made, for example, and the break dates of press releases. We can also take care of your direct mailing. We just need access to your mail-out engine account – in which you will have one or more distribution lists (of email addresses) – and we will manage it all for you.

In most instances we will use existing content written or reworked by ourselves. In other cases, you might wish (or need) to supply us with content.

The Deliverable

The deliverable of this activity is Declaration ensuring that the mailout takes place.

If you require us to create content for you, we can do so at a charge of 1 credit per 100 words. We also create artwork for you too.
